Delizioso!

In the new cookbook Nigellissima, Nigella Lawson, the author, gives you her take on Italian recipes. She explains in the introduction how she spent a high school year in Italy, impoverished but enthralled with the culture and cooking.
Nigella is well known for her eight other cookbooks and her show on the food network, Nigella Bites. Some of the recipes are a simple as Cannellini Beans with Rosemary, or One-Step No-Churn Coffee Ice Cream. She covers the usuals, pasta, meat, and vegetables. The final chapter in the book, An Italian-Inspired Christmas has such treats as Prosciutto-Wrapped Grissini for an appetizer and Turkey Breast Stuffed With Italian Sausage & Marsala-Steeped Cranberries for a decadent main course. MMMM! ML
